Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Information

Shipping times vary, but generally ship out withing 24-48 hours after your payment has been received. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by Money order. To order by Money order, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Shipping charges are calculated on a weight basis. We may substitute any carrier we want, as long as the shipping times are the same, or less. Primarily orders are shipped via Fedex, or USPS. Fedex does not ship to PO boxes.

Aseptic Guarantee

Culture products are sold with an aseptic and viability guarantee. Should you find your cultures to be nonviable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement. Spores for Microscopy products are offered with stability and cleanliness guarantee. Should you find your spore sample to be unstable or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement. Sterilized items guaranteed sterile for 30 days after receipt of purchase, should you find your sterilized product unclean or contaminated please contact us and we will make arrangements for replacement.

Ordering Restrictions:

You must be over the age of 18 in order to place an order from our company. We may require proof of age if we suspect you are a minor. Some products may be restricted for shipment to certain states within the USA. Psilocybin spore samples cannot be shipped or delivered to residents in California, Georgia, or Idaho.
